Philly roots rock revivalists The War on Drugs are set to release a 7” single for Slave Ambient highlight “Come to the City” later this month. Its B-side, “Don’t Fear the Ghost”, is a muffled, droning slice of psychedelia that sounds like the art rock lovechild of Neil Young and Neu! (Neu Young?). Sound delicious? Have a taste below.
Also, the group also made their network television debut on Fallon last night, teaming with house drummer ?uestlove for a face-melting rendition of “Baby Missiles”. Watch that performance after the jump.
